headshotRodney has been heavily involved in Wellington theatre since arriving in New Zealand in the early 70’s. Rodney is co-founder, along with David Austin, of the original BATS Theatre.

As an actor he has appeared in many stage productions, as well as on Television: “Freaky”; “Insiders Guide”;”The Killian Curse”; “Sensing Murder”. Film:”Lord of The Rings”; 5 short films (one of which did the rounds of US Film Festivals).

He has directed a range of plays of different genre’s for Wellington Repertory, Stagecraft Theatre, Backyard Theatre and Kapitall Kids Theatre. His latest projects include ‘Wolfie-boy’ in Three Little Pigs, directing “Misconceptions” “Jack and the Beanstalk”, and most recently appearing in “Popcorn” and directing “Monkey’s Uncle” and “Puss In Boots” for the 2007 Summer City Event. His latest Stage appearance was as Rumpelstiltsken and he directed “Location, Location” in the 2008 Fringe Festival.
